  • Implemented Automated Testing Framework on the ServiceNow platform to reduce upgrade testing time from 29 hours to approx. 2 hours, resulting in a 1450% efficiency.
  • Used Python to automate daily tasks such as Database Insert/Update operations, dividing an Excel file into smaller files, and creating randomized sample datasets for tool demos.
  • Analyzed electricity datasets using Tableau, R Studio, and Excel for possible errors or improvements.
  • Participated in peer code reviews for ServiceNow Enhancements and, developed Automated (ATF) ServiceNow Tests for the enhancements to ensure test-driven development.

  • Upgraded the Performance Metrics Report from Excel-VB Script to a more robust framework using Java BIRT Reporting Engine resulting in a 30% reduction in manual work.
  • Programmed a resilient (according to my senior) Java program from scratch to perform ServiceNow Upgrade Testing using Selenium WebDriver.
  • It could perform GUI Testing which couldn’t be completed with tools available within ServiceNow.
  • Updated E-learning courses using Articulate and programmed a custom certificate generation process into Articulate Storyline, while learning this new skill on the go.
